What Is a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle?
To earn a Certified badge, all pre-owned vehicles must go through an extensive evaluation and satisfy Chevrolet’s high standards. In order to meet these standards, a vehicle must comply with the following requirements:
- Be a Chevrolet vehicle
- Be within 6 model years
- Be within a maximum of 75,000 miles
- Pass our 172-Point Vehicle Inspection and Reconditioning Process
- Have a clean title
- Before a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is listed or sold, GM requires dealers to complete all safety recalls. However, because even the best processes can break down, it is encouraged that customers check the recall status of any vehicle at recalls.gm.com or www.SaferCar.gov.
