Look out! Two Special Edition Chevrolet Colorado Pickups for Fall
The new Chevrolet Colorado has proven to be a popular choice in mid-size pickups and was a good move for Chevrolet. The company hadn’t had much to offer in this segment for sometime and the new tech features and affordable price tag made it appealing to budget-savvy consumers who did not want to forego power in the name of fuel efficiency. If Chevy has had any problems with the Colorado, it’s been in keeping up with demand.
Chevrolet has always been quick to take advantage of a good thing which is why Chevrolet Colorado fans will be as thrilled as we were here at Apple Chevrolet, when we found about two new exclusive versions of this midsize truck, the Trail Boss and Midnight editions. Chevy truck owners have made the Colorado one of the best selling midsize pickups in the US, so it’s only fitting that Chevrolet would reward that loyalty with some great options for personalizing this popular truck.
It’s only fair, seeing as how the Silverado received its fair share of special editions. The Midnight edition delivers on that promise of darkness with a black grille and black 18 inch wheels. Blacked out trim is also available as an option on both extended and crew cab versions. Two- and four-wheel drive options are available as well.
The Trail Boss may become the boss of you if you’re not careful, but maybe that wouldn’t be such a bad thing. LED trail lighting will help guide the way off road and Goodyear Wrangler DuraTec tires will help drivers follow their own rugged paths. Flared fenders, blacked-out grille and 17 inch wheels are a nice touch as well.
