Chevy Offers Buy-Back Guarantee and No-Haggle Pricing

Chevrolet introduced a new promotion yesterday geared to bring in new customers that haven’t yet considered a Chevy. “Love It Or Return It” allows customers who purchase a new 2012-2013 Chevrolet between now and September 4, 2012 to return a vehicle within a 60 day period if they are not happy with it for a full refund. What’s more, to facilitate that purchase, Chevy is providing low, simple, no-haggle pricing on new 2012 Chevrolets at participating dealers and calling the program “Total Confidence Pricing.
With the buy-back guarantee program, customers have a choice between the 60 day guarantee or $500 Bonus Cash in addition to current rebates. (Chevrolet Sonic and Spark have $250 Bonus Cash) Many customers who are already sold on Chevrolets will choose to take the Bonus Cash. But for those who are considering a Chevy for the first time, the guarantee may be all it takes to give Chevy a try.
Chris Perry, Chevrolet global vice president of marketing said, “We think customers who have been driving competitive makes or even older Chevrolets will be very pleased by today’s Chevrolet designs, easy-to-use technologies, comprehensive safety and the quality built into all of our cars, trucks and crossovers.”
Total Confidence Pricing takes the worry out of buying. Chevrolet wants to take the mystery out of price negotiations, saying “The price you see is the price you pay”!
Chevrolet offered a similar program in 2009 that sold 419,000 vehicles. Only 310 vehicles were returned.
