The 2020 Chevrolet Corvette was debuted at the 2020 Chicago Auto Show this past month at the McCormick Place February 8th-17th. Power
The 2020 Chevrolet Corvette was on display at the 2020 Chicago Auto Show and it didn’t disappoint. It was a sight to see. It is such an amazing car that it had earned a 2020 10 Best award right out of the gate.
The eighth generation Corvette now boasts an engine behind the cabin, just like that of similar sport cars such as the Porsche, Ferrari, McLaren, but at thousands of dollars less. With the engine in a new location, the same powerful 6.2-liter V-8 powers 490 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed dual-clutch automatic is the sole transmission. This Chevy can go 0-60 in about 2.8 seconds.
The Corvette is available as either a coupe or a convertible with a folding hardtop.
Interior
The interior of the 2020 Chevy Corvette is lined with leather, metal, and suede. The back trunk can hold two golf bags, and the front trunk offers space for other luggage. The interior design takes a driver-focused concept by having placing a tall bank of switches for the car’s climate-control to the right of the driver all at arms reach.
Inside the new Corvette, there is an Infotainment 3 Plus system. This system features an 8.0 inch touchscreen with available Bluetooth, 4G LTE mobile hot spot, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The system is easy to use and responds quickly to commands.
