On Friday, May 24th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, Apple Chevrolet in Tinley Park, IL, proudly hosted the Military Care Package Event in collaboration with the Orland Park Veterans Commission. The event took place at our dealership located at 8585 W 159th St, and it was a heartfelt morning dedicated to supporting our brave troops.
A Community Effort
We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the tremendous support shown by the Tinley Park community. The turnout was incredible, with many locals coming together to contribute to this noble cause. It was a moving sight to see individuals of all ages participating, from children writing thank-you notes to veterans sharing their experiences and wisdom. Packing with Purpose
During the event, volunteers diligently worked to assemble care packages filled with essential items for our service members stationed overseas. The care packages included toiletries, snacks, and other thoughtful items to provide comfort and remind our troops of home.
