Santa Visits Cubbies at Apple Chevrolet
Santa made his annual visit to Apple Chevrolet on Wednesday evening to meet up with the Tinley Park Cub Scouts. Each cubby was able to meet Santa personally and receive a “Pinewood Derby” kit, courtesy of Apple Chevy. The pinewood derby is a racing event for Cub Scouts in the Boy Scouts of America. Cub Scouts, with the help of parents, build their own cars from wood, usually from kits containing a block of pine, plastic wheels and metal axles.
